[Faculty] Fall 2021 Course Materials Adoptions Request

Dear Faculty Member,


The adoptions window for textbooks and other course materials is now open.


If you will require any course materials, log into AIP<https://sso.bncollege.com/bes-sp/bessso/saml/ucredu/aip/logon> and select your appropriate materials.


If you will not require any course materials, please still log into AIP<https://sso.bncollege.com/bes-sp/bessso/saml/ucredu/aip/logon> and select:                                     “I'm not using any materials for this class" (see instructions attached).


AIP is integrated into the campus’ iLearn system with SSO (single sign-on). For instructions on navigating AIP, please refer to the attached ‘Quick Guide’ and/or view the demo video at:                 Faculty AIP training video<https://vimeo.com/362405705/7ac9447f63>.

A few tips and reminders:

  *   Adoption & Insights Portal (AIP) replaced Faculty Enlight to submit course materials and textbook adoptions.
  *    If you can’t log onto AIP please contact the bookstore at tm8106 at bncollege.com to place your adoption.
  *    If you can log in, but can’t make any changes or edits to your course:
     *   Most likely you have two email addresses; one in the firstname.lastname at ucr.edu & one with firstname.lastname at email.ucr.edu format.
     *   Make sure you are placing your adoption with your firstname.lastname at ucr.edu<your%20firstname.lastname at ucr.edu> email format.
     *   Make sure you have been assigned to the course for which you are adopting courseware with the Office of the Registrar.
  *   The Rivera Library and the Campus Bookstore are two separate entities. If you place a book on reserve with the library you must also submit an adoption with the bookstore for students to rent or purchase a copy.
  *   The Campus Bookstore is unable to obtain desk copies for you.
