[Faculty] Spring 2023 iGrade Open Announcement

Dear UCR Faculty,

As we approach the end of the quarter, we wanted to remind you that grading is open for the spring term. Please see below for important reminders regarding grade submission.


  *   Tuesday, June 20th at 11:59pm is the final deadline for submitting spring grades via iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/igrade/login>.
  *   Courses for which grades are not submitted will be marked with a "GD" for Grade Delay. This can negatively impact students' ability to register for courses and graduate.
  *   If you are teaching an "In Progress" course, please remember that students should be given the grade "IP" until their final quarter, in which they should receive a letter or S/NC grade. An incomplete ("I") is not generally a correct mark for an "In Progress" course.

To access your course list:

  1.  Log into iGrade<http://igrade.ucr.edu/> with your UCR NetID and password
  2.  Your courses for the spring term should display. If they do not, select "Spring 2023" from the "Select a Term" drop down menu
  3.  Contact your department scheduling coordinator for assistance if your course list has missing or incorrect courses


Remember!

  *   The new version of iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/> is live and ready for use! Need some assistance? Visit the new training resources on our website<https://registrar.ucr.edu/resources/igrade> or contact our office for further help.
  *   Grade changes should now be submitted through iGrade. There is no need to submit the PDF form to our office.

Rosters available in iGrade
Monday, March 27
Grade submission opens
Monday, June 5 @ 8am (Week 10 of the Spring term)
Final grade submission deadline
Tuesday, June 20 @ 11:59pm
