[Faculty] Winter 2023 iGrade Open Announcement

Dear UCR Faculty,

As we approach the end of the quarter, we wanted to remind you that grading is open for the Winter term. Please see below for important reminders regarding grade submission.

v  Tuesday, March 28th at 11:59pm is the final deadline for submitting winter grades via iGrade<http://igrade.ucr.edu/>.
v  Courses for which grades are not submitted will be marked with a "GD" for Grade Delay. This can negatively impact students' ability to register for courses and graduate.
v  If you are teaching an "In Progress" course, please remember that students should be given the grade "IP" until their final quarter, in which they should receive a letter or S/NC grade. An incomplete ("I") is not generally a correct mark for an "In Progress" course.

To access your course list:

  1.  Log into iGrade<http://igrade.ucr.edu/> with your UCR NetID and password
  2.  Your courses for the Winter term should display. If they do not, select "Winter 2023" from the "Select a Term" drop down menu
  3.  Contact your department scheduling coordinator for assistance if your course list has missing or incorrect courses


Remember!

v  The new version of iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/> is live and ready for use! Need some assistance? Visit the new training resources on our website<https://registrar.ucr.edu/resources/igrade> or contact our office for further help.

v  Grade changes should now be submitted through iGrade. There is no need to submit the PDF form to our office.

Rosters available in iGrade
Monday, January 2
Grade submission opens
Monday, March 13 @ 8am (Week 10 of the Winter term)
Final grade submission deadline
Tuesday, March 28 @ 11:59pm
