[Faculty] iGrade – Spring Course Issue Resolved

Dear Faculty,
The issue reported earlier that prevented spring courses from loading in iGrade for some instructors has been identified and corrected by ITS. At this time all instructors should be able to access iGrade and submit their spring grades without issue.
Should you still encounter an error:
1. Close all browser windows where iGrade is open
2. Clear your browser cache for at least the last 24 hours
3. Open a new browser window and try accessing iGrade again
If you still encounter an error at that time, please contact Halim Alvarez in the Office of the Registrar for further assistance.
