[Faculty] Call for Volunteers – 2025 Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities Symposium

Dear UCR Faculty,



I am pleased to share that the 2025 Undergraduate Research & Creative
Activities Symposium <https://engage.ucr.edu/research/symposium> is hosting
over 340 faculty-mentored research presentations beginning April 22 through
April 25, 2025, please see the schedule of presentations
<https://engage.ucr.edu/symposium/presentation_schedule>.  I am writing to
ask for your support in helping to *EVALUATE research posters on April 25
at HUB 302*.  Your involvement is crucial in ensuring a positive experience
for all of our presenters.  An hour of your time will support 3-4 students
by offering valuable constructive feedback on their work.  You do not need
to be an expert in the specific field of research you are assisting with,
as all presentations have been vetted and guided by the student's faculty
mentors. Your main role will be to provide thoughtful and encouraging
feedback on their presentation style and content. Once you have signed up
we will provide more details to guide you in your role and ensure you are
fully prepared.



Additionally, I thank the Office of Research and Economic Development for
providing funding to recognize the best presentations from each college.
Your participation will ensure that all students are provided the
opportunity to be considered for this recognition.   *Please sign up to
