Dear Faculty,

Please encourage undergraduate researchers to submit an abstract for
presentation at the 20th Annual Undergraduate Research & Creative
Activities Symposium <https://engage.ucr.edu/research/symposium>. This
campus-wide event showcases the exceptional faculty-mentored research and
creative work taking place across all disciplines.

Your direct encouragement matters. Students are far more likely to share
their work when a faculty mentor affirms that their research is ready for
sharing with the campus community. The Symposium provides a professional
venue for students to articulate their methodology, research findings, and
refine their communication skills.

To recognize excellence, outstanding oral, poster, and creative activity
presentations in each college and school will receive a financial award and
be honored at a hosted luncheon. These distinctions not only celebrate
student achievement but also reflect the quality of faculty mentorship
behind the work.
