[Msoadm] Fall 2021 Grading Reminders

Dear UCR Faculty,

As the end of the quarter quickly approaches, please see the important reminders below regarding submitting your fall grades:


  *   Tuesday, December 14 at 5pm is the final deadline for submitting fall grades via iGrade<igrade.ucr.edu>.
  *   Courses for which grades are not submitted will be marked with a "GD" for Grade Delay. This can negatively impact students' ability to register for courses and graduate.
  *   If you are teaching an "In Progress" course, please remember that students should be given the grade "IP" until their final quarter, in which they should receive a letter or S/NC grade. An incomplete ("I") is not generally a correct mark for an "In Progress" course.

To access your course list:

  1.  Log into iGrade<http://igrade.ucr.edu/> with your UCR NetID and password
  2.  Your courses for the Fall term should display. If they do not:
     *   Select "Fall 2021" from the "Select a Term" drop down menu
     *   Click "Update Course List"
     *   Your current course(s) for Fall 2021 should then be visible
  3.  Contact your department scheduling coordinator for assistance if your course list has missing or incorrect courses


Fall 2021 Grade Submission Schedule:
Rosters available in iGrade
Monday, September 20
Grade submission opens
Monday, November 29 @ 8am (Week 10 of the Fall term)
Final grade submission deadline
Tuesday, December 14 @ 5pm (Tuesday after finals week)
