[Msoadm] Updated Impact23 Webpages

Dear Colleagues,
Please share this with the relevant people within your operations.
In an effort to ensure the campus has access to timely information about our new financial systems and related applications, the Impact23<https://impact23.ucr.edu/> website has been recently revised and update in two important areas: 1) system deployment status and 2) known issues.  This communication outlines details of the refreshed pages.

Primary and Boundary Financial Systems

  *   Previously, this page was known as “Project Scope.” It has been updated to show the primary and boundary systems retrofitted or replaced as part of Impact23.
  *   The table now shows the area, application name, description, and if it has been implemented. Systems or changes not yet implemented have an ETA listed.
  *   This page is listed under the “About” tab of the Impact23 website.

Known Issues Tracker

  *   This page has been updated to show the impacted area, a short description, status, created date, and PI Impact.
  *   Within the description is a link to more information and an expected resolution date.
  *   The PI Impact column indicates the level of impact for PI with a short description of what that impact is.
  *   The Past Issues section has been updated to reflect two sections, resolved issues that have additional guidance and resolved issues that are closed with no additional guidance.
  *   This page is listed under the “Support” tab of the Impact23 website.
