Proposal submission transition processes
By June 20th, researchers should submit an eCAF<https://clt1411124.benchmarkurl.com/c/l?u=F83C2C3&e=165D8C5&c=158834&t=0&l=B3E625AF&email=Yhj5eJcT5vF0Xu1EkKXg8aBanR218rId&seq=1> to RED for all anticipated proposals having a sponsor deadline between June 22 - July 6, 2023.

As the campus transitions to Oracle Procurement, additional details on eBuy Purchase Order (PO) conversion criteria and information on identifying converted POs in Oracle has been provided. Understanding the approach will help units prepare for any Oracle adjustments that may be needed.
