[Msoadm] UCPath FAU to COA CutOver Timelines

Dear Colleagues,

Due to Impact23 UCPath cutover activities, specifically the migration to the new Chart of Accounts (COA), please note the following important information and distribute to individuals in your unit that have access to the OTP tool and/or provide FAU/COA information to Share Service Centers for entry in UCPath.

Impacts to One-Time Payment processing.

  *   The One-Time Payment (OTP) tool FAU version will be decommissioned EOD June 27th.
  *   For BW pay period ending on July 8th, any OTP transaction that has FAU override will be cancelled.
  *   For MO pay period ending July 31st, any OTP transaction that has FAU override will be cancelled.
  *   A list of cancelled transactions will be shared with the respective department.
  *   The OTP tool CoA version will be available June 28, 2023 with the CoA override.
  *   Transactions with earnings dates between June 25th and June 30th, using CoA override will end up in suspense funding.
  *   When a OTP transaction must have a funding override, the earnings dates are important. If earnings dates are prior to July 1st, the override will not work and the transaction will be posted to the suspense fund. Please use earning dates as of July 1st to prevent salary cost transfers.

Impacts to UCPath Transactions:

  *   UCPath CoA configurations will be completed on July 9th.
  *   UCPath will be available for CoA transactions on July 10th.
  *   Please do not use any FAU override in any transaction in UCPath from June 28, through July 10th.
  *   All FAU overrides that are processed in UCPath during this time will end up in suspense funding.
  *   Any transaction with CoA override for earnings before July 1st, will end in suspense.
