Re:       SX and EX Contract Expiration and Transition to the Status Quo

Dear Colleagues,

As you may be aware, the Service (SX) and Patient Care Technical (EX) collective bargaining agreements between the University and AFSCME have expired, and we are now in status quo.  Attached is a management communication regarding the terms and conditions affected by the contract expiration.

As always, if you have any questions about what you can and cannot do during the status quo period, please consult with Employee and Labor Relations before implementing changes of the nature described in the attached document.
