[Msoadm] October 2024 Monthly close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,

October 2024 month end ledger is now officially closed.  The related Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) and Prime PI Summary reports for 2024-10 have been published and are available in R'Space under the Tools section "Financial Web Reports<https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>".

Some notes and reminders about October reports:


  *   LRSS reconciliations are due 12/7/2024 with certifications due by 12/21/2024.  We are aware the initial emails from LRSS reflected an incorrect date and are working to have it corrected for future emails.  Please ignore the date on the LRSS email and use the one in this email.
  *   Budgets reflected on the October 2024 FTD Reports for non-project COAs should include carryforward balances.
  *   Contract and Grant Project Budgets are inception to date and should be accurately reflected on FTD and ITD reports.  We are currently investigating reported discrepancies of the budget in Looker.
