[Msoadm] June 2025 Period 12 Preliminary Final Close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,



The “2025-06_Period 12 Prelim Final” ledger was officially closed on July
21, 2025. The related Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) and Prime
PI Summary reports for 2025-06_Period 12 Prelim Final have been published
and are available in RSpace under the Tools section “Financial Web Reports
<https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>”.  Please take action in time for July
ledgers on any discrepancies found in June ledgers.


Some notes and reminders:

   - Accounting and the Central Budget Office are still working in period
   13 to close FY2025.  This means that FY2025 is not finally closed.


   - LRSS reconciliations are due *8/7/2025 *with certifications due by
   *8/21/2025*.


   - The Budget Office has advised that the *budgets for non-project COAs **may
   not* be accurately reflected on the June 2025 Prelim Final Financial
   Transaction Detail (FTD) Reports, in Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) Control
   Budget, and in Looker Finance. *Contract and Grant Project Budgets* also
   may not be accurately reflected on June Prelim Final FTD Reports, in Looker
   - Finance, and in Oracle PPM.  Both issues are being actively worked
   on.  For accurate budget information, please refer to Oracle Budget for
   non-project COAs and to Oracle PPM for Contract and Grant Project Budgets.


As issues are identified, please consult the *Known Issues*
