[Msoadm] Web Recharge: What’s New + What’s Coming Next

Business & Financial Services (BFS) is pleased to announce the latest
enhancements to Web Recharge, a platform designed to streamline service
requests and billing for over 120 Service Providers across campus. These
enhancements improve how departments submit service requests, allow Service
Providers to define services and rates, and ensure accurate billing,
accounting controls, and audit trails.
What’s New & What’s Coming Next

   Request a New Service Provider – Now deployed.

   Template Billing – Deployed, with training resources in development.
   - [image: unchecked]

   Service Provider Update Request Form – Currently in testing, with
   deployment expected soon, including training resources. In the interim,
   please submit a ticket if you require updates.

   Mass/Batch Billing – Discussions on requirements and design will begin
   in the coming weeks to address this highly-requested feature.
