[Msoadm] FTD Report Update: Issue Identified & Resolved

Dear Colleagues,

It was brought to our attention that some Financial Transaction Detail
Reports (FTDR) from prior months contained inaccuracies due to FTDR logic
needing adjustments.

Issue Identified:
The FTDR is designed to display the sum of net accounted debit (Dr) and
accounted credit (Cr) for all journal lines, incorporating Fund, Function,
Activity, and Account. For certain purchase orders (POs), the corresponding
chart of accounts (COA) was netting zero due to actuals and encumbrances
occurring in the same period. As a result, these transactions did not
appear on the FTDR, causing discrepancies between the FTDR, the General
Ledger (GL), and Looker Finance data.

Resolution:
The logic has been corrected, and the FTDR report, released with the
February closing period in Financials Web Reports
