[Msoadm] April Monthly Close Reports

Dear Colleagues,

April 2025 month end ledger is now officially closed.  The related
Financial Transaction Detail (FTD) and Prime PI Summary reports for 2025-04
have been published and are available in R’Space under the Tools
section “Financial
Web Reports <https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>”.


Some notes and reminders about the April ledger:


   - April (Period 10) ledger should be treated like Preliminary ledgers
   for Fiscal Closing purposes. If transactions are not appearing on the
   ledger as expected, please research and take the appropriate action to
   ensure they will be included on the May (Period 11) ledger.  See fiscal

   detailed information.


   - The Budget Office has advised that the *budgets for non-project COAs* *may
   not* be reflected accurately on the April 2025 Financial Transaction
   Detail (FTD) Reports, in Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) Control Budget, and
   in Looker Finance. The issue is being actively worked on.


   - *Contract and Grant Project Budgets* are not impacted and should be
   accurately reflected on April FTD Reports, in Looker - Finance, and in
   Oracle PPM.


   - LRSS reconciliations are due 6/7/2025 with certifications due by
   6/21/2025.
