[Msoadm] iGrade Start of Term Announcement

Dear UCR Faculty,



Welcome back to the Fall term from the Registrar’s Office. We would like to
draw your attention to some important information regarding grading and
iGrade for the upcoming term.



Course rosters are now available in iGrade. We kindly ask that you take a
moment to review your course list for accuracy. Conducting this review now
will facilitate a smoother grade submission process at the end of the term.



To review your course list, please follow these steps:



1. Log into iGrade using your UCR NetID and password.

2. Your courses for the Fall term should be displayed. If they are not:

   a. Select “Fall 2025” from the “Select a Term” dropdown menu.

   b. Click “Update Course List.”

   c. Your current course(s) for Fall 2025 should then be visible.

3. If you encounter any missing or incorrect courses, please contact your
department scheduling coordinator for assistance.
Fall 2025 Grade Submission Schedule

Rosters available in iGrade

Monday, September 22nd

Grade submission opens

Monday, December 1st @ 8am (Week 10 of the Fall term)

Final grade submission deadline

Tuesday, December 16th @ 11:59pm (Tuesday after finals)





As of Winter 2025, course waitlists can be found in iGrade. it has been
transitioned from R'Space to iGrade, please visit here
