[Msoadm] Missing August Monthly Payroll Charges Now Reflected in PPM

Dear Colleagues,

This is a follow-up to our earlier notice
<https://bfs.ucr.edu/news/2025/09/18/august-monthly-payroll-charges-not-reflected-ppm>:
the Monthly (MO) Payroll file for August has now been successfully uploaded
into the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module in *September period*.

What this means:

   - September Reports utilizing PPM data (e.g., PI Summary,
   Inception-to-Date, and other reports pulling directly from PPM) will
   include the August MO Payroll file; August PPM data reports will not.
   - With these charges posted, PPM-based reports should show alignment
   with the General Ledger but not by August or September accounting periods.
   We anticipate alignment between PPM and General Ledger by accounting
   periods to be restored in October.
