Hello Campus Partners!

We'd like to share a quick reminder about the requirement to ensure that
all faculty and staff have reasonable access to mandatory workplace posters
and notices. Making sure these postings are up to date and easy to access
helps support both compliance and a positive, well-informed workplace.

Here are the following new and updated notices for 2026

   -

2026 California Minimum Wage Notice (Updated)

   -

2026 UCR Payroll Calendar for Bi-Weekly and Monthly Employees (Updated)

   -

Healthy Workplaces/Healthy Families Act: California Paid Sick Leave
   Poster
(reflecting current paid sick leave entitlement and requirements)

Posting & Certification Requirement

In accordance with university policy, each organizational unit is required
to complete and submit the Mandatory Workplace Postings – Organizational
Unit Certification Form
<https://documents.ucr.edu/HR-Policy/pol-mandatory-workplace-posters-organizational-unit-mandatory-workplace-certification-form.pdf>
to your CHR Policy team.

   -

Submission deadline: April 1 of each year

   -

Submission method: DocuSign or scan/email to hrpolicy at ucr.edu

Please ensure that all required posters are clearly displayed in a
conspicuous location accessible to employees within your unit. For
employees who work remotely, applicable notices must also be made
reasonably accessible; you may refer them to the HR Policy Webpage.

Additional Information

All current mandatory workplace posters are available on the HR Policy
webpage – Mandatory Workplace Posters
<https://hr.ucr.edu/policy/mandatory-work-posters>. If additional new or
revised postings are released later in the year, the CHR Policy team will
notify Campus Partners accordingly.

If you have any questions or need assistance with posting or certification,
please do not hesitate to contact us at hrpolicy at ucr.edu. Thank you for
your continued partnership and attention to these important compliance
requirements.
