[Msoadm] Payroll Certification Tool Enhancements Released

Dear Colleagues,

The Payroll Certification Tool enhancements recently shared in the BFS
newsletters and User Group are now live. These updates add new features
that support Cost Notes review and help ensure certifications stay timely
and accurate.

*What’s New*
The Payroll Certification Tool has been enhanced with the following
improvements:

   - *Co-PI Personnel Logic (Cost Notes #1)*
   Co-PIs are now automatically included on awards with Sponsor Code 5400.

   - *Email Reminders*
   Email reminders are now available and will be sent to Department
   Coordinators and PIs for pending certifications.

   - *Admin Job Code Listing (Cost Notes #3)*
   An admin job code listing is now available to help departments identify
   applicable job codes for Cost Notes review.

*What Has Changed*
The User Interface (UI) has been updated, but the functionality and
workflow remain the same. There are no disruptions to the ability to
complete payroll certifications.

*Training Updates and Phase II Reminder*
Updated Payroll Certification Tool training resources (guide and video) are
being revised to reflect the new interface and enhancements and will be
shared soon. Please remember that all Phase II certifications should have
been completed before Winter Break to avoid delays in compliance and
reporting.
