Dear Colleagues,

Campus has a limited-time opportunity to upgrade phones for $0.99 and
receive a lower monthly charge for the next three years.

Procurement Services has worked with AT&T to optimize the UCR account,
reducing the monthly service fee for all active and new smartphone, tablet,
and aircard/MiFi lines to $30/month (down from a campus average of
approximately $45/month) to ensure highly competitive pricing.
Limited-Time UCR-Exclusive iPhone 17 Promotion (Ends 3/31)All current AT&T
smartphone lines are eligible to upgrade to the iPhone 17 256GB for $0.99
plus tax by March 31, 2026.Existing AT&T lines also receive an additional
$100 credit applied over 36 months, lowering the effective monthly
smartphone cost to approximately $27.21/month + taxes/fees for 36 months.
After 36 months, pricing adjusts to $30/month + taxes/fees.Key Details

   - iPhone 17 256GB for $0.99 plus tax
   - 36-month term
   - New lines and ports also qualify for the $0.99 device
   - Equipment will appear on invoices at $99.99 with promotional credits
   applied
   - Credits may take 1–3 billing cycles to appear

Note: If you take advantage of the iPhone upgrade, some departments use
Jamf to support security and configuration management on Apple devices; it
enables remote app deployment, access controls, and helps prevent devices
from being returned in a locked/bricked state. Jamf is not required for all
UCR cell phones, and departments interested in learning more are encouraged
to contact ITS

discuss their use case.
