[Msoadm] Training Available: Payroll Certification Tool Updates and Phase II Reminder

Dear Colleagues,

Earlier this week, Business and Financial Services shared an update

regarding the release of enhancements to the Payroll Certification Tool.
Thank you to those who have already begun working in the updated interface
and completing certifications.
Training Updates and Phase II Reminder

Training resources have now been revised to reflect the new interface and
enhancements.

Please remember that all Phase II certifications are due to avoid delays in
compliance and reporting.
Current Payroll Certification Status (as of 1/14/2026)

   -

   Phase I (7/1/23–6/30/24): 88% complete
   -

      Phase I certifications are past due and must be submitted immediately.
      -

      If the PI has retired or separated and reassignment is needed, please
      email emf at ucr.edu for support.

      -

   Phase II (7/1/24–6/30/25): 43% complete
   -

      428 of 987 certifications have been completed, representing an
      overall certification rate of 43%.
      -

      Phase II certifications should have been completed before Winter
      Break and should be finalized as soon as possible.
