[Msoadm] May 2026 Monthly Close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,

The May 2026 month end ledgers are now officially closed. The related
Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) for 2026-05 have been published
and are available in RSpace under the Tools section “Financial Web Reports
<https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>”.  LRSS reconciliations are due 6/30/2026
with certifications by 7/6/2026.


Some notes and reminders:


   - Please pay close attention to fiscal closing dates. See fiscal closing
   dates and resources <https://accounting.ucr.edu/FY26-Year-End-Close> for
   detailed information and upcoming deadlines.


   - Join us for the upcoming Fiscal Close Office Hours session on:

   Thursday, June 18, from 2:00–3:00 p.m.



As issues are identified, please consult the Known Issues

submitting a ticket using the BFS support site
