Hello,

The UCR Brain Game Center for Mental Fitness and Well-being is a unique
center on campus focusing on harnessing modern technologies to understand
and improve brain fitness. We have numerous opportunities for participation
as a research subject or as research assistant. Please see below for
opportunities:

*TRY OUR SOFTWARE BY PARTICIPATING IN OUR FULLY ONLINE STUDIES *

We are recruiting students for several studies that can be done at home
beginning in *Fall 2020*! Our studies involve playing video games on an
iPad, Android device, or computer and are designed to test and/or improve
various cognitive and perceptual abilities! Our games combine many
principles that individually lead to perceptual and cognitive improvements,
however, we do not know the exact contribution of each component. Your
participation will help us improve our games and determine how different
principles contribute to better cognitive function, as well as identify
which aspects are more engaging!

Some of our studies may last only 1 day or others up to 8 weeks and can be
completely done from the comfort of your own home. Most studies provide
monetary incentives with greater compensation for longer studies.

If you are interested in participating in one of our studies, please
complete a short survey linked below. We will contact you in a follow-up
email with specific study details once we receive this information.

We are always looking for hardworking students interested in gaining
research experience. Research Assistants in the lab are involved in various
aspects of experiments including participant recruitment, assessment
administration, data entry and analysis, software development, and in some
cases, the design and management of their own studies. If you are
interested in joining our team of research assistants, please use the
included link to complete the application.
