Dear Highlander Community,
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on ITS personnel and the safety of our
employees, the BearHelp Service Desk is temporarily suspending all on-site
support until further notice. Remote support will continue without
interruption.
If you need to contact the BearHelp Service Desk, please utilize the
following:
. If you need to report a problem or make a request, use the UCR ITS
ServiceLink Portal: http://ithelp.ucr.edu/
. If you are unable to access the ServiceLink portal and need to
speak to a representative, call (951) 827-4848 during normal business hours
(M-F, 8am-5pm)
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your
support during this difficult time.
