Candidacy for ASUCR Elections 2021 - 2022 has officially opened! You can apply to run for a senatorial seat and represent your college, or to be part of ASUCR's Executive Cabinet (president, vice presidents) or Extended Cabinet (directors). You can find both the Candidacy Packet 2022 and the Candidate Biography 2022 under the Candidacy Paperwork section of the Elections Forms website.

Each and every student has the power to make a difference on our campus. Taking the first step begins with student body government. Student representatives are important for the success of this campus, as they voice student concerns and find solutions that strengthen UCR and help students. On behalf of ASUCR, the Elections Committee invites you to make a mark on Highlander history and apply for candidacy today!

HAPPY WEEK 7 HIGHLANDERS

GCAP’s thrift store event is happening on February 17th from 12-3 PM! If you would like to participate in the clothes swap, make sure to drop off your clothes at the ASUCR Office. Last day to drop off clothes is 2/17 @10AM. We will also have someone doing small mends and someone showing you how to style different articles of clothing in multiple ways, so don’t forget to stop by!

Lastly, do you struggle to find parking or a carpool buddy when driving to campus?Pickup N' Park is a mobile app aimed to help students find parking and carpool rides within campus in an effort to improve sustainability, campus connectedness, and student's time and energy getting to school! Students leaving campus can make a request to be picked up and taken to their car in exchange for their parking spot to students coming to campus. Students coming to campus can offer a carpool ride to pick up students on their way, or to other locations around their schools by facilitating short distance ridesharing.
