Hello Highlanders!

The University of California Board of Regents is searching for the 2027-28
student regent to serve on UC’s governing body, and I am pleased to
announce that the application for the UC student regent

representative
is now live!

The student regent application is open to all UCR students, and offers the
opportunity to participate at the UC Board of Regents level, and bring the
voice of students to every issue and decision before the board. The student
regent serves a one-year term as a full voting member of the UC Board of
Regents, preceded by a one-year, non-voting term as regent-designate (a
