[Tapscustomers] Your RTA Bus Pass is Pending Activation

This email is to remind you that your RTA bus pass is pending activation.  If you have not done so already, please download the RTA GoMobile app<https://www.riversidetransit.com/index.php/gomobile-app> and follow these steps:

  1.  Click the "Forgot Password" to reset account and use your UCR NetID email address (NetID at ucr.edu) to login.
  2.  You will receive a change password email.  Click on the link to proceed.
  3.  Once you set up a password, login on the app using the email and password.
  4.  It will prompt you to "Name your wallet" which you can assign any name.
  5.  The pass will be found in the wallet.
Your pass is valid for unlimited use on any RTA fixed-route bus<https://www.riversidetransit.com/index.php/riding-the-bus/maps-schedules>.  If you are a registered student or a current employee, your pass will automatically upload each quarter.
