ASUCR Student Assistant Positions

Hello Highlanders!

We have a few student assistant positions available for the upcoming year!
All positions are work study eligible.

Front Office Assistants: This entry-level role is the welcoming front line
of the ASUCR office. You’ll support student organizations, ASUCR officers,
and professional staff while helping maintain a positive and organized
office environment. Reliability and a friendly, approachable attitude are
key to success in this position.

Photobooth Assistants: The photobooth assistant is responsible for managing
the photobooth service requests — from initial scheduling through event
execution. This role supports student organizations, campus departments,
and ASUCR-sponsored events by delivering a polished, photobooth experience.
We are looking to hire a team of 2-3 assistants to cover the scheduling and
coordination, administrative tasks and event coverage.

Hi Highlanders,

Election Day 2026 is November 3, and the UCR Votes Coalition is recruiting
Peer Educators for Voter Engagement to help fellow students register to
vote and navigate the election.

This is a nonpartisan volunteer role, just 2 hours a week for 6 weeks. No
experience needed, you'll start with one information session and build real
leadership, public speaking, and outreach skills along the way, plus earn
volunteer service hours.

How to get involved:

   Complete onboarding with UCR Student Life
   3.

   Sign up for volunteer shifts
