[Faculty] iGrade Start of Term Announcement for Spring 2023

Dear UCR Faculty,

The Registrar's Office hopes that your Spring term is off to a great start. This message is to inform instructors that their list of assigned courses is available in iGrade<https://igrade.ucr.edu/> (UCR's grade submission system) and to request that all instructors review that list for accuracy. Taking a moment to review this list now will help make grade submission run more smoothly at the end of the term.

To access your course list:

  1.  Log into iGrade<http://igrade.ucr.edu/> with your UCR NetID and password
  2.  Your courses for the Spring term should display. If they do not:
     *   Select "Spring 2023" from the "Select a Term" drop down menu
     *   Click "Update Course List"
     *   Your current course(s) for Spring 2023 should then be visible
  3.  Contact your department scheduling coordinator for assistance if your course list has missing or incorrect courses


Spring 2023 Grade Submission Schedule:
Rosters available in iGrade
Monday, March 27
Grade submission opens
Monday, June 5 @ 8am (Week 10 of the Spring term)
Final grade submission deadline
Tuesday, June 20 @ 11:59pm (Tuesday after finals week)
