The Budget team is pleased to announce that the Budget Distribution Page (BDP) is now live!

SAAs can now provision BDP access in the EACS system. If you wish to provision users beyond what was submitted by CFAOs, please review and edit that information here<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hZob1dsIUk6tA98ILTldkObcWRSTDDdgKhH4jGHv3PA/edit?usp=sharing> for our records. Please note, the BDP is a role under the UCPath App in EACS.

We will be offering a workshop similar to office hours where FP&A staff will demo specific scenarios and answer questions about the BDP. You can find information about the workshop on our website<https://fpa.ucr.edu/budget-distribution-page>.

Below is the workshop schedule for February. Please be sure to add these dates to your calendars and set a reminder for yourself. All workshops will be held via the following Zoom link: https://ucr.zoom.us/j/7358595280.

Budget Distribution Page Training
9 am to 11 am
10 am to Noon
10 am to Noon, 1 pm to 3 pm

The goal is for units to make all necessary changes to their permanent positions in BDP by the end of February. FP&A staff will be providing CFAO's with an excel list of all positions that exist in the BDP for each organization by January 29th to have as a starting point.
