[Msoadm] May 2025 Monthly Close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,

May 2025 month end ledger is now officially closed.  The related
FinancialTransaction Detail (FTD) and Prime PI Summary reports for 2025-05
have been published and are available in *R’Space* under the Tools
section “*Financial
Web Reports* <https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>”.

Some notes and reminders:

   - Please pay close attention to fiscal closing dates.  See *fiscal
   closing dates and resources*
   <https://accounting.ucr.edu/FY25-Year-End-Close#fiscal-close-key-information>
for
   detailed information.


   - The Budget Office has advised that the *budgets for non-project COAs* *may
   not* be reflected accurately on the May 2025 Financial Transaction
   Detail (FTD) Reports, in Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) Control Budget, and
   in Looker Finance. The issue is being actively worked on. *Contract and
   Grant Project Budgets* are not impacted and should be accurately
   reflected on May FTD Reports, in Looker - Finance, and in Oracle PPM.


   - LRSS reconciliations are due *7/1/2025 *with certifications due by
   *7/6/2025*.
