[Msoadm] Coming Soon: UCR Student Forms Portal

Dear UCR Faculty,

Exciting news! The Office of the Registrar, in conjunction with the UCR
colleges and Information Technology Services (ITS), is launching a new
comprehensive Student Forms portal.

We will launch the Enrollment Adjustment Form (EAF) *for undergraduate
students* in the new Student Forms <https://studentforms.ucr.edu> portal
next Saturday, October 11. The form will be used strictly for Fall 2025
requests at this time.

This and future forms will follow defined routing logic for required
actions and, when applicable, can be automated to update in Banner. This
will include direct engagement from you with the system for approvals, when
appropriate.

Additional information about form functionality, plus handy guides and info
sheets, will be distributed to faculty, staff and students beginning next
week. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar
at reghelpdesk at ucr.edu.

We look forward to working with you as we continue to bring new forms
online throughout the year!
