[Msoadm] Notice: Campus Network Service Disruption on October 12 Due to Planned Campus Firewall Maintenance

Colleagues,

Please be advised that select campus network services will experience an
intermittent service disruption between 4:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Sunday,
October 12, 2025.

This scheduled downtime is necessary to support crucial upgrades to our
campus border firewall.

Impact of note:


   -

   The affected campus services include the campus wireless networks.
   Specifically, the following services will be unavailable:
   -

      UCR-SECURE
      -

      Eduroam

ITS does not anticipate service disruptions outside of the planned
maintenance window. If you experience a service disruption outside of this
timeframe, please report it by submitting a ticket
