[Msoadm] June 2025 Period 13 Final Close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,


The June 2025 Period 13 fiscal year end ledgers are now officially closed.
The related Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) for 2025-06_Period
13 Final have been published and are available in RSpace under the Tools
section “Financial Web Reports <https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>”.



Some notes and reminders about the June 2025 Period 13 ledgers:



   - LRSS reconciliations are due 9/16/2025 with certifications due by
   9/23/2025.
   - Please focus only on the actuals when reconciling the FTD reports.  As
   a reminder, Oracle Budget and Oracle Financials do not align well at
   closing. Oracle Budget cannot send 13 months of budget and so Period 13
   budget adjustments are merged into June (Period 12) budgets.  PPM budget
   may be reconciled with Looker for C&G COAs.


July ledgers are expected to close this week and August next week.
