[Msoadm] July 2025 Monthly Close and Reports

Dear Colleagues,


The July 2025 month end ledgers are now officially closed. The related
Financial Transaction Detail Reports (FTDR) for 2025-07 have been published
and are available in RSpace under the Tools section “Financial Web Reports
<https://finwebreports.ucr.edu/>”.



Some notes and reminders about the July 2025 ledgers:



   - LRSS reconciliations are due 9/24/2025 with certifications due by
   10/1/2025.
   - Please focus only on the actuals when reconciling the FTD reports.
   Oracle Budget and Oracle Financials are still not aligned and budgets and
   are appearing as doubled. The Budget Office is aware and is working to
   correct the issue.  Oracle Budget may be used to confirm correct budgets
   for default project COA and Oracle PPM to confirm C&G COA budgets.


August ledgers are expected to close this week.



As issues are identified, please consult the *Known Issues*
