[Msoadm] iGrade State of Term Announcement for Winter 2026

Dear UCR Faculty,



Welcome back to the Winter term from the Registrar’s Office. We would like
to draw your attention to some important information regarding grading and
iGrade for the upcoming term.



Course rosters are now available in iGrade. We kindly ask that you take a
moment to review your course list for accuracy. Conducting this review now
will facilitate a smoother grade submission process at the end of the term.



To review your course list, please follow these steps:



1. Log into iGrade using your UCR NetID and password.

2. Your courses for the Winter term should be displayed. If they are not:

   a. Select “Winter 2026” from the “Select a Term” dropdown menu.

   b. Click “Update Course List.”

   c. Your current course(s) for Winter 2026 should then be visible.

3. If you encounter any missing or incorrect courses, please contact your
department scheduling coordinator for assistance.

4. If you are an extension instructor, please contact our sister campus (UCR
Extension <https://extension.ucr.edu/>) for assistance with their grading
platform and deadlines.

Rosters available in iGrade

Monday, January 5

Grade submission opens

Monday, March 9th @ 8am (Week 10 of the Winter term)

Final grade submission deadline

Tuesday, March 24th @ 11:59pm (Tuesday after finals)
