[Senate] Proposed Memorials to the Regents

Dear Colleagues,

I want to make you aware of two Memorials to the Regents that will be included on the agenda for our Winter 2025 Division meeting.

As you'll read in the attached materials, UCSF initiated and sent forth to all Senate divisions and the Systemwide Senate office an Adjunct Faculty Series Academic Senate Membership Memorial to the Regents, and a Health Sciences Clinical Faculty Series Academic Senate Membership Memorial to the Regents.  As laid out in the attached, the Senate will handle the memorials in accordance with Systemwide Bylaw 90<https://senate.universityofcalifornia.edu/bylaws-regulations/bylaws/blpart1.html#bl90>.

To meet the Systemwide - and bylaw-required - due date for providing the outcome of our division's vote, this matter will appear on the February 25, 2025 meeting agenda.

As a final note, the February 25th meeting will be convened via Zoom.

Meeting information, including the Zoom link are forthcoming.
