Dear Campus Community:



In compliance with the *Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (**Clery Act*), the
University of California, Riverside's Chief Compliance Office has published
the *2025 Annual Security & Fire Safety Report

https://compliance.ucr.edu/document/ucr-2025-asfsr). The report provides
crime and other safety-related information to members of the campus
community. This report includes statistics for the previous three years
(2022-2024) concerning crimes reported to Campus Security Authorities
(CSAs) that occurred on campus, off-campus UC Riverside-affiliated
properties, and on public property adjacent to and accessible from campus.
The report also includes fire statistics for on-campus student housing
facilities, as well as campus policies regarding crime prevention, fire
safety, crime reporting, sexual and interpersonal violence, student
discipline, and other matters.



Additionally, Section IX of the report contains important information on UC
Riverside Policy and Prevention Program on Alcohol and Drugs. In accordance
with the *Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act*, Section IX serves as the
required annual notification to all employees and students about alcohol
and other drug abuse prevention programs at UCR.



The Annual Security & Fire Safety Report is published online by October 1st of
each year. It can be found under the "*Annual Security and Fire Safety
